My handicraft is created slowly—shaped by close attention to proportion, texture, and detail. Each object begins with a sketch or a simple idea, then is made by hand using traditional tools and a contemporary sense of form.
I work with materials that have character: wood, ceramics, textiles, glass, mineral pigments, and eco‑friendly finishes. Sometimes I incorporate reclaimed elements—only when they strengthen the quality and the story of the piece.
The result is a collection of small, one‑of‑a‑kind objects for everyday use and gifting: calm in expression, tactile to the touch, carefully finished, and made in Switzerland.
Wooden picture
„Alpen” 400 CHF
ALPEN is a picture made from genuine Swiss reclaimed wood – boards salvaged from recycling, which had already had a previous life as part of a structure before arriving in my studio. Each board bears the marks of time: grain, patina, discoloration, fine scratches, and irregularities that cannot be artificially created. From these, I have crafted a serene Alpine silhouette – a unique piece, ready to hang.
ALPEN ist ein Bild aus echtem Schweizer Altholz – Bretter aus der Wiederverwertung, die schon ein erstes Leben als Teil einer Konstruktion hatten, bevor sie in mein Atelier kamen. Jedes Brett trägt Spuren der Zeit: Maserung, Patina, Verfärbungen, feine Kratzer und Unebenheiten, die man nicht künstlich herstellen kann. Daraus habe ich eine ruhige Alpen-Silhouette gebaut – ein Unikat, fertig zum Aufhängen.

Every piece is shaped by hand—from board selection and planing to contour cutting and a signature color finish that enhances grain and texture.
